What's Your Nashville Home Worth? Get a Straight Answer.
October 22, 2026·Updated October 26, 2026
Online estimates can't see your street, your lot, or the renovation you did in 2019. I can. Send me your address, and I'll build a personal market analysis from recent comparable sales near you, current conditions and the specifics of your property. There's no pressure and no obligation to list.
I come from real estate investment, so I look at value from more than one angle. I'll tell you what your home will likely sell for as it stands. If the land is the real asset, I'll tell you that too, along with what a builder might pay for it.

How it works
1. Tell me about your home. Use the button below to send me your address and timeline. It takes about a minute. If you think the house might be a teardown, say so, and I'll look at the lot value too.
2. I'll build your market analysis. I'll pull recent comparable sales in your neighborhood, check what's active and pending now, and factor in your home's condition, updates and lot. Then I'll walk you through it in person, by phone or over text, whichever you prefer.
3. You decide what's next. Your options are to sell now, sell later, fix up first, or sell the lot to a builder. You'll have real numbers and a plan, and I'll tell you straight which option nets you the most. If you list with me, I handle pricing, preparation, marketing, showings, negotiation and closing.
Why sellers work with me
I'm with Compass. I'm a licensed agent with Compass RE in Middle Tennessee, and every listing gets the brokerage's marketing and tools.
I think like an investor. I learned the business working alongside a seasoned house flipper. Before you list, I can spot when a property's value is in the land, the layout, or a small fix that pays for itself.
You'll actually reach me. Call or text (971) 303-3895 and you'll get me, not a call center.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate are online home value estimates in Nashville?
They're a starting point. Automated estimates can't see your home's condition, updates, lot or exact block, and in Nashville those details can swing value a lot. A personal market analysis built on recent comparable sales nearby is more reliable.
Does a home value analysis cost anything or commit me to listing?
No. The analysis is free and there's no obligation to list. Many owners use it to plan a year or more ahead.
How long does it take to get my home value?
It depends on the home and how many recent sales are nearby, and I'll tell you what to expect when you reach out. If you want to walk through it in person, I'll set up a time to see the home.
What if my house might be worth more as a teardown?
Tell me when you send your address. I'll look at your zoning, lot size, frontage, and any overlays, and compare what the property is worth as a home versus as a lot. Then you can choose the path that nets you more. My guide to Nashville teardowns and lots covers how lot value works.
Should I make repairs or updates before selling?
Sometimes. Some fixes pay for themselves and some don't, especially if a builder is the likely buyer. I'll tell you which updates are worth it for your home before you spend anything.
Can you help me sell my current home and buy my next one?
Yes. I represent clients on both sides, including people selling and buying at the same time in or out of Nashville. We'll plan the timing together.
